- Provide a service to administer program requirements including day to day management of the program and resource development, communications and reporting

- Identify and interpret education trends to forecast best options for program planning, implementation and development e.g. trends in education that impact on sport, junior participation and values educations
- Provide a service to administer program requirements including day to day management of the program and resource development, communications and reporting
Education communications
- Develop communication strategy to support the education strategy
- Develop and implement specific program communication activities eg. program launch, subsequent announcements
- Write and produce supporting communication materials for the program
- Establish relationship with key education journalists and journals
- Support organisation’s in-house communications division on an as needs basis
Ongoing program assessment and review
- Undertake periodical assessments of the implementation of the program
- Undertake research and facilitate stakeholder consultation groups
- Review initial strategy and make recommendations for adjustments
- Provide advice to in-house education team on an as needs basis (eg. maintained on a retainer basis)
What do we charge?
This is very much dependent on the scope of the project, but hourly, daily and project fees are part of our pricing structure.
5% of all consultancy fees is donated directly back to UNICEF, The Smith Family and other programs to support education of children (e.g. School supplies for Fiji students)
